Promotions Guide

Guidelines for promotion to Elder –

Elder – Co Leaders and above May promote members to elder if they satisfy the below requirements.

  1. Has been a member for atleast 3 months.
  2. Consistent Donations, most cycles +500 dontations
  3. Consistently Scores above 2400 each war week.

Guidelines for Elder Demotion and kicking –

Elder – Co Leaders and above may demote elders to member, or kick members if they satisfy the below conditions.

  1. Inactivity ( Zero Donations or 5 days missing ) without Prior Explanation.
  2. Being rude, excessive swearing or purposfully spamming the chat ( No more then 3 spams in chat) up to the discretion of the co leaders.
  3. Abuse of powers – including kicking members with out good reason.
  4. Does not score weekly points in Clans Wars 2, please refer to the clan wars 2 min score rule for each clan. Note – Participation in war for the main clan is mandatory to stay.

Guidelines for Promotion to Co Leader –

Co Leader – Co Leaders and above may elect someone that they believe is worthy of promotion based on the below Traits. Upon agreement by other Co leaders the leader will promote.

  1. Elder for atleast 5 months.
  2. Consistent donations Most cycles 500+ few periods of inactivity. (unless explained) We have a Leave calendar in discord or let us know of absence.
  3. Uses Chat and shows maturity.
  4. Helps with a Service in the clan and excels in this area of expertise.

Bonus Traits –

  1. Long term Elder 8 months+.
  2. Frequent use of chat in a friendly manner, especially helping others in clan.
  3. Often one of the top donators.
  4. Participates in war without missing attacks.
  5. Previous experience as a Co leader. Tell us what you can provide the clan, Got Skills ???

Guidelines for Co Leader Demotion – Co Leaders may be demoted to elder if they satisfy the below conditions.
